wwe all stars cheat help plz i am newbiee

hlo frnds a few days back i hv just starts playing games using pcsx2 . I tried WWE all stars on it . but i dont know how the cheat works
I have a pnatch file inside the wwe all stars game folder and i have put it into cheats folder in my pcx2.
Pcsx2 also shows like that

But i dont know hw to use cheats in game means what keys should i hv to press so that cheat is activated.

This is a very simple thread, and couldnt actually be simplified more than it actually is.
What part dont you understand exactly ?
