Sir, please help me my smackdown vs raw 2001 is very slow , what is the best config? here's my specs

Processor: AMD V140 processor 2.30 GHz
RAM: 2.00GB
OS: Win7 Ultimate 32bit
Videocard: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250

Well your specs are the culprit here..
its too less for hames to run at full speed.
FYI there is no best configuration...everything varies but a i5 and a radeon 5800+ should get you playable speeds

Nothing you can do except speedhacks and native resolution.
SVR2011 is quiet the beast specially in 4 man and above matches even I get slowdowns in it...
