It would help if you have posted your system configuration and your pcsx2 configuration.Also you attached only the image of the console and not the game window so we can see the crash.But from what i can understand you have micro vu enabled.Just disable it and then it should be fine.

It is the known crash on the layer brake of the game (it's DVD9). The only workaround is using some dual layer toxic patch but I'd suggest you just wait until it's fixed in PCSX2
