I need your help because I am having problems with the DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3 PAL. (SLES 54945)

He runs with good FPS's but the graphics problems.
I've seen it running perfectly (in youtube) with settings far more modest than my computer(E2160+8400GT).

Follow the pictures of all my settings for plugins.

It looks like you have the PAL version of the game, which flickers like hell.
The only fix i found was ordering one from US (a NTSC one) and problem disappeared.

But there might be a fix for this too but i don't know it. Sorry i couldn't be of much help.

Oh, horribly unreliable youtube videos. Fooling people everywhere into thinking slow ass computers can run games perfectly.

Recorded videos are always sped up to run at the proper framerate, this is why a game looks like it's playing fast on a slow PC when it most likely isn't.

have you try to use GSdx 0.1.4(SSE2)+Full Screen+native
in addition set all Clamp Mode to "None" in the Advanced Setting.

There are programs convert PAL to NTSC video modes, though I'm not 100% sure that fixes the problem or if there was something truly changed.
