iam using Pcsx2 build 1853. but its running too fast (300-400%). i cant find where is option to limit fps.
It's on my todo list. I'm implementing Video panel stuff now as I type this.
Or well, before I typed it, and after I finish typing it. Not really at the same exact time as I'm typing it.
