I guess the first thing I need to know is, will my laptop run this decent?

Specs:

AMD Turion x2 64bit TL-56
2 gigs of DDR2667
ATI Radeon Mobility x1200, 128mb

I can't get it running past 12-25fps, even with the speed hacks enabled.

I've read somewhere about ATI's having issue with PCSX2?

I've tried ZeroGS 0.97.1, and GSdx 890 SSE2 1.1.14.

Any ideas?
You have a very slow graphics card card and processor unfortunatelly. You could try checking the "native" option in GSdx see if that makes any difference, also try a GSdx revision like 1398 or 1406 and also try using the latest beta but the most possible outcome is that you wont be able to get playable speed anyway.

Ugh...

I guess I'll have to wait for my main computer to get up an running.

It's dual 8800GTS's
4 gigs of DDR2 800 overclocked to 1100
and a E6400 overclocked to 3.2.

Thanks for the reply!
