I looked in config but didn't fine option Frame-Skip like it was before.
Also F5 doesn't seem to work anymore.

Tekken 5 with 80-FPS isn't fun

the new beta is a work in progress, some things haven't been implemented into the new gui yet, to my knowledge there is no way to limit FPS right now... some mod should come along and post a link and lock the thread soon enough

Wait until its implemented. The current trunk is still in development and not for use.
Please tell that the site you got that "beta" from.
(I don't think you compiled yourself, else you'd know that.)
