sony vaio vgn nr110e laptop

Intel® Pentium® Dual Core processor
T2310
Speed: 1.46GHz

memory: 2gb

os: windows 7 32bit

Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3100

Your PC barely meets the minimum requirements for PCSX2, so your speed is normal.
but is there a way for me make the game smoother? it glitches so bad it gives me a headache.

Under Config > CPU, change the Frame limiting option to 'Normal' or 'Limit'.

You could try experimenting with speedhacks to see if you can get a few more FPS, but really, your specs are too low for PCSX2.
Sorry, but those specs really won't give you much. Bad CPU + integrated GFX = bad.
gg thanks
sorry to get off topic but grandia 3 is it a pc demanding game?

Getting full speed on Grandia 3 does take a considerable amount of power. Even on my old Core2 setup, it could drop to half speed at points, and that was with a GeForce 7900 GTX with an E660 overclocked to 3 Ghz.

Some scenes can get very slow unless you use speedhacks and some are pretty fast, overall it isnt that bad really. There's extra slowdown in DX9 tho.
