Hey there, i've been wanting to run the emulator since a long time ago, and just got a decent equipment to run it on

1st of all, it's a laptop (i know, sucks to run it on laptops but well, its what i have)

i wanted to get your opinion if it will run or not

here are the specs:
Gateway nv5201e

Processor: AMD Athlon x2 QL-64 2.1 MHz
RAM: 4GB Micron Tecnology PC2-6400(400MHz)
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD3200 Graphics
Windows Vista Home Premium 32-Bit SP2

when i try to run it goes at 20% of full capacity, with the specs i already gave, anyone knows another way to run it smoothly? plugins, configure, or anything?

20% of full capacity? you mean 20% CPU usage or 20% speed?

20% speed, according to this CPU capacity reaches 99%, which kinda makes me worry, but still

99% CPU in the game window means that your GPU is hitting its limit. It's nothing serious per se. It just means that the GPU won't go any faster than that.

It won't run, it will crawl.. in all honesty.
