The offbrand one I own is a USB wireless controller that worked great on my PS3 and was also natively supported by PC (it's just a generic USB PS2-style controller branded to be sold for PS3's)
It works great for PC and extension PCSX2.
Thanks for the replies. I got a response from one of the buyers of that unit and they said it's the same as the controller that comes with the PS3. I asked specifically about vibration and sixaxis. It's pretty cheap comparatively speaking. I think I'll give it a try if I can't find a real PS3 controller close to that price. I might buy a PS3 and if I get this cheap controller, and it ends up being not as good as the real one, I could use it as a player 2 control.
Oh, and yes I am using XP 32bit, sorry for not clarifying.

the original sony ps3 controller is the only way to go
