can u help me with the installation of DirectX9 SDK March 2009?

i downloaded the Redist DirectX, not the web setup,

where should i put the extracted files?

Stick them wherever you want. You still have to run the setup after you uncompress the files. Then once you do that, you can delete all these files you are asking about.
