what is the different between PAL and NTSC
specially for PCSX2 which games to download?
is it PAL or NTSC ??

First off, PAL and NTSC are simply region codes for the games. NTSC is an encoding for the Americas and PAL for places such as Japan, or other international nations, and these aren't a big concern in Pcsx2 but sometimes some games aren't playable, or might contain bugs in certain regions for some reason. Either way, you shouldn't be "downloading" games in the first place, and talking of any such thing isn't allowed here.

Where do you ask to illegally obtain games? No where as far as this forum is concerned.
