From now on you need portaudio_x86_noasio.dll to let SPU2-X work.
the dll appeared in R:\PCSX2_SVN_NEW_GUI\bin after compiling SPU2-X.
Put the dll into emulator folder where you kept pcsx2.exe
never had VS pro beta 1. started with beta 2, dunno what i am suppose to do with this masm.props stuff, pcsx2 doesnt show up. any suggestions?
I've attached the folder VCProjectDefaults which including the masm thingy from VS2010 beta1 at post #2.
Edit: NM me... was under the legacy branch I got it compiling, but the w32pthreads project in the trunk seems incomplete as there are a bunch of files missing which are listed in the .vcxproj-file so I cant see why it should compile on any version of VS :/

I've tested GSdx in main trunk (at least approved GSdx-r2584) compiled with glew 1.5.2, as well as DXSDK Feb 2010.
Incidentally, I've completely rewritten the guide at Post#2 to make it applicable to Visual Studio 2010 Professional RC, added more illustrations for human readable.
By now
GSdx, ZeroGS, SPU2-X, LilyPad, Linuz Iso CDVD, CDVDolio and xpad in latest trunk can be built under VS2010RC.

Thanks for making this open source PCSX2 team, it's a great attitude to have towards such an amazing project such as this.
