i have a geforce 9200gt 512mb graphic card
2.7ghz amd athlon dual core processor
4 gig ram

i have tried many ways but it is really slow goes at about 30fps
any way to speed up

Get a better graphics card, it's extremely crappy.

Other than checking the "native" option in the GSdx settings there's really not much you can do.
