Is there any way to convert the saves on pcsx2 memcards to use them on real ps2 memcard?

Is your PS2 modded with a chip or softmod? If not, you can softmod it with a few exploit tricks. Once you got that done, you can use this guide to transfer the saves back and forth.

I also use mymc and PS2 Save Builder.
