My computer is a dell inspiron 6000
with a 512mb memory
Intel ® Pentium® processor 1.60ghz
its speed is 800mhz
it can hold sse2,sse,and mmx
cores:1 physical, 1 logical
and my best fps is like 27.2
so if there is anyway i could raise it or try to help
would be greatly appreciated

Unfortunately there's not much you can do for speed with that computer, if you show us your settings and tell us what game you're trying to play maybe you could get some extra speed, but it probably wont be that big of a speedup.
