i've downloaded pcsx2 1888 beta+plugins and then installed it i was using it and its working well but after i changed my windows it stoped working,i install it and when i want to run it,it gives me this error:

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.Please see the application event log for more information.

Please help me!

You probably need to install these:
