hi all, please forgive me if this has already been answered before. when i start a game it starts to load then checks if there any saved games then i get a black screen ???????

sorry i said i was new at this lol.
socom 3 (old i know)
i have it set to run straight from rom, graphics set to sse2,directx 10.
phenom quad 9650. 2.30 ghz, 4gb ram, nvidia g100 graphics.
i can get ps2 boot screen to run ok, its just when i load a game

oh and i am running windows 7 professional

According to the compatibility list that game isn't playable, other than trying the latest beta I don't think there's much you can do.
