I FINALLY got all my errors worked out, but now... ugh

I use LilyPad for my gamepad plugin.

I am trying to get my ps3 controller, which is hooked up via the DS3 TOOL, to work! I configured it under the Pad 1 tab, but it is non responding, and JoyToKey is a ***** to setup...

any ideas?

Try running pcsx2 "as administrator". (Rightclick the .exe > run as admin).
