I can't do anything in there except set time. How can I fix this?

Yes, I want to run a game. When in that menu I try to press on browser there come memory card and asks if I want to format it then I press yes and nothing happens.

You haven't configured PCSX2 properly.

And btw, your speed in games should be nothing amazing. That's a very limited CPU power for PCSX2.

It's 3 years old, so what do you expect,anyway just wanna try some ps2 games.

Try then but before doing so configure the emu by following Bositman's configure guide.
