Actually, at least on my system, GT3 A-Spec (NTSC) is full speed and then some (free runs) and that's faster than GT4, and I'm at stock 3GHz. However, I seem to experience random* PCSX2 crashes with GT3 which I haven't been able to solve so far even after trying several versions of both PCSX2 and GSDX and many different configuration, including stock configuration (might have missed the proper one though, if it exists)...
* never while driving though.. only "in-between" screens, a shame, really...
