In both the shadow of Castlevania character is not reflected right. Is to correct this by using GSDX Hardware? Why Software fixes but is too slow.

Software is more compatible than Hardware and slower. You can't change that.

Does using some other version of the plugin GSDX the shadow is reflected normally?

No there isn't.
