U said that some games work in software rendered mode right ? Can u give me explanation for that why is it work greatly in software rendered mode and not in hardware mode ?
For the obvious reason. Software is always more accurate than hardware.

A game that works better in software? There are hundreds. FFX-2 videos if you need an example here and now.

Some games just have those quirks-i couldn't tell you why *exactly*.

Most games work so much better in hardware mode, but a couple don't.

Edit: so Software is more accurate? Basically, when Hardware would lag, software doesn't? makes sense.
Is it true that software mode it more taxing on my computer? I only worry that it may shorten the lifetime of my laptop. It does seem to work "better" (I say that tentatively) in many cases I've tried. It would only make sense if it had it's downside(s).
It will stress your CPU to the max, but assuming your PC has no cooling issues it won't damage it in any way. It's the same load some other CPU intensive application could inflict.
In that case, it's about as dangerous as WinRAR. LOL
