Well I have a .ISO file (Kingdom Hearts 2), and I get the following error if I use Linuz ISO:
Is there anything else I can do?
Any solutions?
If you have the file mounted in another program try unmounting it first.

Thank you so much!
That was the problem, I had it mounted in Daemon tools.
Solved.
How does a mounted ISO prevent Linuz from working?
If an ISO is mounted in Daemon or something else, other applications won't have access to it. "This file is in use" or whatever
