I don't have the experience on Pcsx2 so if same one know how to fix one of the problems i'm really really happy^^

Try using the latest Gsdx plugin.

Are you using VU cycle stealing? If so, you should tone it down a little. I had a similar problem with .hack, but it was solved when I set it back to default. Also, Min / Max Hack, since it causes graphical corruption.

I'm guessing you are using D3D9 (hardware) and don't have log-z enabled, anyway post your settings so we can help better.

Don't use ZeroGS -- it's outdated and light managment in it is wrong. Use software GSDX or ZZogl.
