Thanks for the heads up.
Was hoping to play it on the go like some other games i have, but nevermind =)

I found this yesterday,
turning of the FBA in the GSDX plugin gives about +50% fps boost in battles.
It works in all the revisions of GSDX i had available.
I also noticed that none of the speedhacks except for vu cycle give any significant boost in battles.
