I keep getting a error that wants me to update my DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer; The error says. An undhandled or unrecoverable exception occurred, with the message. The GS plugin failed to open/initialize. I have already updated once and its still doing it.

Nvm I already solved the problem. Had to reinstall DirectX again. Also I am curious can this pc run PCSX2?

OS: 64-Bit Vista

Yes but you will be bottlenecked on that gpu with 3d games. I'd recommend a GPU that was top of the line within the last 2-3 years.

Run it? Yeah, it will be very slow in most games however, might not be playable for you.
