only other plugin available is Linuz iso 0.9.0 and that doesn't work either.

Let me specify this for you:
Gigaherz is ONLY for reading discs from the cd/DVD drive.
Linuz ONLY reads ISOs.

And don't you dare mount an image on Daemon tools,Alcohol etc. and then use Gigaherz plugin it WON'T do. Also when using an ISO make sure it's NOT in use by Daemon tools etc.
NOTE:I did not mean to offend you in ANY way sir.

Using Linuz iso and the iso of SMT Nocturne. and the image is not mounted.

PC specs? PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings? Game tried? Updated DirectX?

and your log doesn't say it loaded an iso.
can you show your plugins settings ?

mine was looking like the error on the post above this 1.i start the program run and then it says an unhandled or uncoverable exeption occured with the message the GS plugin failed to open initilize psx will close etc. . ive ben trying for about years now to get this work i sold all my games for a labtop gpt it working once running warriors on it but mighty slo i dunno y i have inspiron 7010 500 gb 4 ram 6 cell battery with like 3.2 ghz amd 5260 hd wit gig dedicated and all the latest direc and stuff som1 help plz im in deep s***.

Can you actually post a picture of the console or a copy of the log? Just because that's the last line doesn't mean that that was the cause. Also PCSX2 version and plugin settings would also be helpful.
