What settings? Any error in the output window when the crash happens?
the attached files are the settings i use on pcsx2 0.9.6 and pcsx2 0.9.7 r23866 as well

thats what you get for using the pcsx2's unofficial builds and as master_dx said you have 7 bios???? where did you get all those 7 bioses??
Pretty sure you don't own those 7 PS2...
