I was playing Super Monkey Ball Deluxe on this emulator but I found out the game was running too slow. It will only run between 85-90%. That is only somewhere around 54.5 frames per second! Why can't I run it at 100%? Is there some way I can get it to be faster so it is at 100%?

Too slow for 54fps in game?? That is something wrong with your system or you already use speedhacks too much because can give you gimmick fps.
Please list what speed hacks you're currently using & your system specs so we could help you further. Thanks.
Edit: Also, the plugins you're using.
