The fraps frame rate display seems to not be accurate. At the very least, its not the same as the frame rate displayed by pcsx2.

Is there a way to show the frame rate while playing the game full screen from within pcsx2 (non fraps)?

I'm using the GSdx plugin DX10/11

Any speedhacks enabled? Frameskip? Is it only one game? Could you post a screenshot showing the problem?

You could try other programs to show the FPS, rivatuner/evga precision for example but it's possible they'll have the same problem.

I think the old PCSX2 always defaults to frameskip off, but this one remembers. Problem solved. xPP
