Nope, not a driver issue. I've just tested pcsx2 on my onboard ATI Radeon 4200 HD and it still crashes.

such crushes are unsolvable -- it's could be reproduced. Maybe you should try to use gdb?

you should take in mind, that several few segfaults is not errors, they are handled by pcsx2 internally (it's memory system architecture segfaults), so try to continue.
