can i make file harvest moon a wonderful life with format .EFL ???? because pcsx2 only read .EFL file

pcsx2 reads iso also (and .nrg as i have seen)

if you're seeing .ELF you're loading the wrong thing, you need to run the CD/DVD, not load an elf
