i'll follow Bositman on this : you 're trying to run 2 demanding games (especially SC3) on a fair rig.
Your Gpu is a bit weak, and your CPu's a bit weak for those games too.

- Upgrade your PC
- Live with those sound problems or solve them in spite of slowness.
