what is the best FPS option for my machine?
i know my GPU is the one bottlenecking me.. so i want to know whats the best setup for my machine thnx in advance
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 @ 2.67ghz
Memory: 4.0gb
GPU: Intel GMA 3100
Memory: 256mb
Directx Version: Directx11
OS: Windows 7 (Ultimate) 32bit

those are the best settings for you
set all options in gsdx to unload your GPU (native res, no sclaing, untick 8bit textures), i may help
