Hi, so i recently downloaded pcsx2 0.9.6 on my laptop running Windows 7 AMD Turion X2 64, with an ATI Radeon HD 3200
Im pretty sure I configured correctly. I go to run and then execute and then i select the disc image file. It starts fine, but goes straight to the browser and system configuration screen. After selecting browser, only the 2 memory cards show up... Help?

If you're running from a DVD disc you need to set a DVD reading plugin as the configuration guide states and NOT an ISO reading plugin. Then you use File->Run CD/DVD

no im not running from a dvd, thats y im using linuz iso

Then there are some possibilities (and respective solutions):

1)You have the ISO image mounted on some external program like daemon tools. If so unmount it
2)You have a bad ISO image, remake it using imgburn
3)Use File->Run CD/DVD as I explained earlier

Why dont you download 0.9.7 games work alot better than on 0.9.6

where can i find better quality ISO images since im pretty sure its just a bad ISO image.

from your own FFX dvd.
just re-dump the image from it using imgburn
