Ok thanks for explanation above. I just didn't explain myself properly or realize how plugin and ISO were actually different.
Anyway I see my problem, I can get an ISO image of Codebreaker to work, then swap for game ISO
I was trying to use a Codebreaker ELF, then run game. Someone had said that worked, but I sure can't get it too work.
I think now I just prefer to use the CHEATS folder and create my own cheats. Seems much simpler.
