Okay, first off all download and install the latest PCSX2 0.9.7,and report back.
Yeah get the beta, you really can't go wrong with it.
The machine comes with an integrated geforce 6150 SE, it's memory is shared with the system RAM and you must give it a fair amount (let's say at least 256MB, you could try 512 too, remember it is subtracted from the system RAM).

Another problem being that is not a good solution regarding performance, so it's not even the same as an off board 6150 with proper VRAM.

Make sure to set the video plugin to DirectX 9 hardware mode and native resolution. Hope that is enough to at least start the games so posterior tweaks can be attempted.

Giving part of the system RAM to the video is done in the machine BIOS setup, it's a screen that pops up pressing the delete key (for most machines) while in the very initialization, keep tapping the key as soon you turn the machine on.
Case you are unsure as how to do it you should ask some experimented person to do it for you.

PS: re reading your specs I see it says 1750MB from 2000 is free to use, that may imply it's already set to use 256MB for the video and the setup step can be skipped.

Still the machine is near the bare minimum to run PCSX2 and you must be very conservative in setting the emulator.
