Hi,
Please provide me the best settings for playing smackdown vs raw 2009 and 2010. I have Nvidia 9400 GT graphics card and Phenom X2 processor and 2 GB ram. I get just 35 FPS during entrance of a player. Also please let me know how can I stop the shaking of the screen while playing a game in pCSX2. I have tried latest BETA release also. Please do the needful.
your GPU seems to be a bit weak.
Set gsdx res to native, it may help.

Best settings are the best that work for you with each game. We can't tell you the best games because they change for each game. We can't know the best settings for all playstation 2 games in existence.

what is the clockspeed of your phenom ?
(how many Ghz ?)
And by the way, GPU = graphical processing unit = graphic card
