I have attached a pic of my problem for reference.


My rig is:

dual core E8400 @3,1 Ghz

4gb ddr2 ram

vaporx 4890 1gb card


The applying settings won't ever finish, even if I run it as an admin, no matter where I install it and so on.


I hope you guys cam help me.
