i just check on youtube on how to get specs so ill post the specs i got

AMD Athlon II X2 250 processor 3.00GHz 4gb RAM

any suggestion on how to make the emulator faster
here are some screens on my configurations
Your CPU is very good, but I don't know anything about your GPU.
I see that you're using 0.9.6. You could try the latest beta and plugins. That one should be faster than 0.9.6.

ok so i used cpuz to get gpu.
ill post what i can
GPU:
NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430
Revision A2
Clocks:
core 425 MHz
memory 100MHz 265MBytes

oh and should i just keep my configurations or do i have to configure 0.9.7 all over again?
integrated graphics is fail you should upgrade taht for sure. at least to a 9600GT

Setting your graphics to native and playing around with speedhacks are the easiest way to speed up a game. Post the games you are trying to play and someone might have a more specific setup.
ok im playing kingdom hearts 2
With that graphics card you might actually get better results using a (Sofware) renderer in GSdx.
