Intel Core 2 Dou 6300 1.8ghz
3GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce 9800GT 512MB
Windows 7 Ultimate

using:
pcsx2 0.9.7 r3113
latest Gsdx beta - DX9 Int. res native
speedhacks abused - only way to get the game to run faster
tri-ace hack used

runs on 35-45 at best

i know its a demanding game but
should it be running this way on my comp?

with a CPU clocked at 1.8ghz ?
35-45 get is probably the best you can get...

Yep, seems perfectly fine.
Consider a hefty overclock if you want to enjoy the game.

It's normal, overclock it by a lot if you want it to run at full speed
