Why is hair on some characters in soul calibur 3 messy.And what are best settings for grf.plugin

PCSX2 bug. Try using the VU1 Interpreter (or was it VU0?) in PCSX2 0.9.7 beta and it should look OK but very slow.

Best for GSdx? That would be using a (Software) renderer since there's stages that look very dark, lose shadows, etc.

Software mode is only playable.Hardware mode is very slow in battles.VU0 interpreter solves grafic problem.
