I suppose you have speedhacks enabled, or a slow computer that doesnt reach full speed.
Or you're using one of the old SPU2 plugins or whatever.

Since you don't give any system details, I can just guess.

checked the speed hacks, there all off and on default
i have spu2 1.1 (is that good?)

my system specs are

AMD phenom 9500 quad core processor
Nvidia Gforce 9500 GT
3070 gb RAM
Vista

Dunno what info you need...

what is the speed of your cpu?
that gpu isnt that great for pcsx2, use only native ps2 resolution in gsdx options
also use 0.9.7 beta

Cpu is 2.2 GHZ
