I have a slow processor, [2.0 ghz] Would getting more ram increase my fps by a lot?

This is the easy way out, also that 800 you see is normally 2000. Dunno why it says 800

no,increasing the ram will give you little to no improvement ,beacuse the bottleneck there is your slow cpu and its a laptop too so thats even worse

CPU and GPU matters,not RAM.Get a better CPU.btw what is your GPU?

Yes it's really bad. There's nothing much you can do with PCSX2 and that hardware.

Nope, you can't magically make crap hardware good no matter how optimized your code is
