I'm trying to create a save state for a game but the PCSX2 0.9.7 won't create it and on the console it says "Load or save action is already pending" I waited for about a minute and still the save state was not created.

maybe you have filled that state try to save num 2

It doesn't matter which number I choose, all of them say "Load or save action is already pending"

did you try reinstall the program or mayby use it as adminstor

Well I reinstalled the program and that did not help.

I don't get it. Everything works perfectly except for creating save state.

maybe because of the game because some games have problem with save state try another game

You're right. Some games do have problems with save states.

I was trying out Growlanser 2 and the saves states did not work.

However I tried out Mana Khemia and the save states did work.
