I'm using PCSX2 version 0.9.7 (r3113)

My computer's specs are:
i7 920 @ 2.67GHz
3 GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GTX 260 (core 216)
And I'm using Windows 7 32-bit, if that matters.

These are the plugins I am currently using:

These are the settings I'm using for each plugin:

These are the settings I'm using for the emulator:

(No gamefixes are enabled)

I messed around with the settings a bit and the game seems to run almost perfectly, but I have a couple of problems.
First, the audio seems a bit delayed. This really bugs me.
The second problem I have is the analog stick.(I am using an Xbox 360 controller) When I tilt my analog stick diagonally in any direction Sora just walks, so I guess it doesn't detect that I'm tilting the analog stick all the way or something. It works great when I tilt it up, down, left, or right, but if it's tilted diagonally he just walks as if I'm slightly tilting the analog stick.

Thanks for any help
OK for starters, great post there, It's been ages since I've seen such an informative post and that's the main reason you'll get good help too Wink
Start by disabling all speed hacks since you will pull off full speed without them too. Second, uncheck 'native' in GSdx and set the scaler to about X3 (or even X4 if you don't get slowdowns) for some great visuals.
About the audio delay, first try the August 2010 plugin pack from here: http://pcsx2.net/downloads.php?p=publicbeta and use that new SPU2-X. If that doesn't take care of it, try reducing Latency in SPU2-X (but not too much, will cause cracks and pops). If that also fails, try setting Module to Dsound.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I got the analog stick working great now. I set the scaler to 3x and it looks better than before. Getting the new plugins didn't help with the audio problem, but turning down the latency seems to have fixed it (I turned it all the way down to 50 ms and I don't hear any audio problems, but if it starts to crackle I'll turn it up.) I also disabled all the speed hacks and it runs at a perfect speed. I wasn't expecting that.
Since I turned the scaler up, do you think I should change the resolution of the window? Right now it's set to 640x480. I don't mind playing it in a small window though.
Thanks a lot for the help!
No problem Wink
The X3-X4 scaler is actually changing the internal resolution of the game. Meaning the textures are drawn to that resolution (x3-x4 times the native resolution of the game you're running so something like (512x640)x4 ) then stretched or shrunk to your window size / monitor's resolution. In other words, changing your window resolution will have no effect on quality or speed, so go ahead and change it as you prefer it Wink
Thanks! Looks like I got it working perfectly now
