your GPU may be a bit low.
try some speedhacks 1 by 1 and set gsdx internal res to native.

U r wrong man i hav 100 fps now in my GPU i dnt knw how ? I jus Enabled GPU Bland frm Bios

100 Fps ? Fine, so you found out how to configure it.
