well i just wondering ive tried to run pcsx2 on my computer before and i could not get it to work so my question is can it run on my computer
here are specs
intel core 2 duo cpu
e7400@ 2.80ghz 2 core 2 logics processors
ati radeon hd 4350
adapter ram is 512mb

Yes.

Will it run at playable speeds?
It depends of which games you want to try, CPU should be fine but that graphics card would make you use "native" resolution for most games. So anyway which games are you planning to try?

umm idk maybe like madden 10 or something like socom 2

I think you'll be fine with your specs, considering the games you just mentioned.
