Pcsx2 version: 0.9.7 beta

Windows 7
Intel Core i7-930 2.80 GHz
Nvidia GTX 480 1.5gb
Corsair 6gb Ram

Plugins used: Latest Plugin's (Default settings)

Description: The game itself run perfectly fine, no fps issues. However, once I try to invent a new item, Pcsx2 will freeze. Doesn't matter what I try inventing or where.

Use GSdx software mode. You didn't post which 0.9.7 beta (there have been 2 already) and didn't post which plugins you use

Still froze on software mode.
I'm using:
PCSX2 0.9.7.3876m

GSdx 2190 (MSVC 15.00, SSE41) 0.1.15 [GSdx-SSE4]
LilyPad 0.10.0
ZeroSPU2r514-Dev 0.4.6
Gigaherz's CDVD Plugin 0.7.0
USBnull Driver 0.5.0
FWnull Driver 0.4.0
DEV9null Driver 0.3.0

Your plugins are old, you should be using the ones beta 0.9.7 3876 came with. And switch SPU2 plugin to SPU2-X
